2 Gauge (2 AWG) which American sizing.   2 AWG is 6.5 mm for our European friends.  I started at 10 gauge.  After 2 weeks, I was healed mostly. About 4 weeks after getting pierced, the 8 gauge literally fell in.   Another 3 days later I stretched to the 6 gauge.  Another month after that I went to 4 gauge.  It was about a year ago I went to the 2 gauge which I'm at now.  I doubt I'll go bigger, but have put in things like glow stick bracelets at festivals which over stretches the hole a bit, but it can shrink back down if I leave a piece out.

What kind of jewelry do you have for it?

I have various sizes as I upsized, but in general, they're all SSS (surgical stainless steel) except for one piece I have made out of titanium.  Currently I will wear either the CBR (captive bead ring) almost always as its my favorite.  Next I wear the bent barbell which exposes only the two screw-in balls, making it easy for me to pee.  I also have a curved barbell which is my third piece.  Its nearly like the CBR but has screw in ends.  Over time, the screw in balls can be lost which sucks..one reason the CBR is my favorite, plus because the CBR is a solid piece.

Yes. Worse that can happen is the hole starts to close and I have restretch the hole.  That isn't a bad thing as the endorphin rush is interesting.  But I rarely leave it out for more than 3-4 days.. just no reason to leave it out and I like it in.  If I do leave it out for days, the hole will start to close enough that not much piss comes out that hole.  I've never left it out for more than 3-4 days that I can remember though.
